Tonight’s dinner: Poached salmon with corn and white wine-butter sauce. AMAZING! By far the best thing I’ve made all summer. I was missing a few ingredients and it was raining so I made due. I left out the zucchini from the corn and didn’t have any thyme or bay leaves. I subsituted some red onion for the shallots. This recipe is way worth it and fun to make (I’m a sucker for any stove-top meal)!
